1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using PixID.studio ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Description of Service

PixID.studio is an independent online service that provides digital ID and visa photo creation and processing. Our service includes:

• Photo formatting to meet official document requirements (crop, size, dimensions)
• Background adjusted to the required color per document spec (replacement or correction where needed)
• Optional AI-assisted compliance checks; we do not alter your face
• Quality and DPI set for official use

3. User Responsibilities

As a user of our service, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and truthful information
• Upload only photos that you own or have permission to use
• Not use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

4. Payment and Photo Redo Policy

Our service is provided at a cost of $4.99 per photo. Payment is required before download.

If your photo is rejected for technical reasons (size, background, head ratio), we will redo it free of charge. We do not provide monetary refunds.

Photo redo is not available for user error, incorrect document selection, or rejection by authorities due to non-technical reasons.

5. Privacy and Data Protection

We are committed to protecting your privacy. Photo processing uses secure cloud servers with TLS encryption. Photos are permanently deleted from our servers immediately after processing. Please review our Privacy Policy for detailed information.

6. Intellectual Property

You retain all rights to your original photos. By using our service, you grant us a limited license to process your photos solely for the purpose of providing the service. We do not claim ownership of your photos.

7. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high service availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time.

8. Limitation of Liability

PixID.studio is not affiliated with any government, embassy, or consulate. We are not responsible for:

• Photo rejection by authorities
• Changes in official requirements
• Delays in document processing
• Any indirect or consequential damages

9. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
